Customer Care Specialist📍 Location :  Wall Township, NJ (Office-based within a distribution center)🕒 Schedule :  Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch)💼 Department :  eCommerce👥 Team Environment :  Small, collaborative team with cross-departmental interactionAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our eCommerce team. This role is based in our distribution center and supports the sales order process by providing exceptional service to our customers primarily via email.Once fully trained, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Training will be conducted in-office for approximately 4–6 weeks, with potential for earlier hybrid transition based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email, providing product knowledge, item numbers, tracking details, and website navigation supportAssist with billing and invoicing proceduresTrack shipments and inventoryProvide price quotes and order status updatesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal systemsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to upsell or promote relevant products when appropriateWhat We’re Looking ForStrong written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, distribution center environmentPrior experience in customer support or eCommerce preferredFamiliarity with order management systems and inventory tracking tools is a plusWork Environment & ScheduleOffice-based within a distribution centerHybrid schedule after training : Must be in-office on Wednesdays, with Tuesday or Thursday as the second in-office day (most choose Tuesday)Training period : 4–6 weeks, fully in-officePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
