This is an exciting opportunity at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Leesport, PA where growth and learning are part of our DNA.

What You'll Do

• Provide the Rehabilitation Department support to patients
• Answer telephones professionally and communicate messages to an appropriate clinical person
• Work with Insurance Companies to ensure accurate processing
• Schedule services for New and Follow Up Visits
• Enter information into EMR and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare paperwork and gather information and documents
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of all therapy services
• Ensure a clean and safe work area
• Ensure all therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Demonstrate support for achieving the mission of Advantage
• Other duties as assigned
