Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems to lead the strategic management, optimization, and evolution of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on Oracle NetSuite. This role requires a no-nonsense, solutions-driven leader with exceptional expertise in ERP best practices, cross-functional business analysis, and change management. You will be a key driver in aligning our technology roadmap with enterprise goals, ensuring seamless integrations, user adoption, and long-term value from our ERP ecosystem.
Position Responsibilities :
- Serve as the principal business owner of Oracle NetSuite and related enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap for ERP capabilities in line with company growth and operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on enterprise systems, technology investments, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide expert-level oversight of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring its alignment with business needs and scalability.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of third-party NetSuite partners and modules to expand system capabilities.
- Act as the internal champion and subject matter expert (SME) for leveraging the full power of NetSuite and its ecosystem.
- Direct all phases of ERP-related projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Manage external NetSuite implementation and optimization partners to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive organizational change management efforts to support system upgrades and user engagement across departments.
- Collaborate with HR and the ERP Systems Manager to design and deliver role-based training for end users and senior management.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training programs, and support tools to ensure knowledge transfer and sustained usage.
- Partner with functional leaders to translate business needs into system requirements and innovative solutions.
- Define, document, and implement best practices in ERP processes across finance, operations, procurement, and more.
- Continuously identify and execute improvement opportunities for system performance and business efficiency.
Requirements
7-10+ years of progressive experience in ERP and enterprise systems management, with deep hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite.Proven experience leading major NetSuite implementations, integrations, and customizations.Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and strategic system partners.Strong understanding of ERP business processes (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.) and best practices.Skilled in creating business cases, managing project timelines, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high-energy, collaborative, and pragmatic approach.Adept in change management, training programs, and user engagement strategies.At least 3 years of experience working with a finance or accounting ERP system.Preferred Qualifications :
NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation).Experience working with integrated NetSuite partners or SuiteApp solutions.PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.Position Requirements :
