Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and the ability to execute exceptional events that leave a lasting impression on attendees. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of events from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and product launches.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, product launches, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives for each event.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and source vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Develop and manage event timelines to ensure all elements are delivered on schedule.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools.
