Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is essential. The candidate must be comfortable conducting client meetings independently or alongside senior leadership.

Coordinating with designers and vendors to ensure print-ready file accuracy
Tracking progress and deliverables using our internal ticketing system (Tracker)
Conducting client meetings independently or with senior leadership

Oversee and participate in design projects, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.
Manage project timelines and delegate work effectively using the Tracker system (no longer using SharePoint)
