Legal Assistant

Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP is actively seeking qualified Legal Assistants to join our Litigation Defense Firm with 3-5+ years functioning in Law Firm or Legal environment working specifically in the areas including but not limited to : Premises Liability, General Liability, Bodily Injury, Product Liability, Property & Casual, Negligence Security, Personal Injury, Maritime, Construction Defect, First-Party Property, Auto / Trucking / Transportation and more.

The ideal candidate will possess the following :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a legal / law firm or alike professional environment
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and a great multitasker
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in State & Federal court rules
• Prior Trial experience is preferred
