Executive Legal Assistant

We are assisting a well-established top-tier law firm with a confidential search for an Executive Legal Assistant to support a rainmaker for its Miami office. Candidate must be able to work independently as this is a small office and attorney travels frequently. This position plays a vital role in supporting both legal professionals and day-to-day office operations, blending high-level executive legal support with responsibilities in front-desk hospitality, facilities coordination, travel arrangement / coordination, mail services, and broader administrative functions. Assistant will maintain logs, submit expense reports, and support other administrative functions as needed. Firm would like Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain one. Position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, attorney billing and expense systems, and general legal and business platforms.
