Our client is seeking a an experienced Business Development / Sales / individual to drive revenue growth from advanced materials in the aerospace sector. This individual will build organizational processes and tools to translate competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
This newly created position has been established to support the continued growth the Aerospace segment of a billion dollar manufacturer. We’re seeking a results-oriented Market Development Leader to drive innovation-led growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities across the global aerospace landscape.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead market research, analyze emerging trends, and shape go-to-market strategies for new verticals, business models, and offerings. You’ll collaborate closely with regional and functional leaders to turn insights into actionable strategies that fuel sustainable growth.
Lead strategic market assessments and competitive analyses to strengthen the global Aerospace segment strategy.
Identify and develop partnerships with key industry stakeholders that accelerate market penetration and open new business opportunities.
Manage cross-functional innovation programs to create and scale new offerings, expand existing applications, and establish new business models.
Collaborate with regional market leaders to align and execute strategic growth initiatives across markets.
Requirements
BS in Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Composite Materials Engineering or related. MBA a plus.
Skilled at uncovering market dynamics and customer behaviors, and translating findings into business impact.
Ability to synthesize insights and convert them into prioritized, actionable strategies.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, both internally and externally.
