Certificate Programs Coordinator
Reporting to the Department Chair, the Certificate Programs Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the student lifecycle for the four certificate programs in the Counseling Department : Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Student Assistance Counselor, Advanced Counseling Certificate, and School Counselor Certificate. This position also coordinates with faculty, staff, students, and fieldwork sites. The Coordinator acts as the liaison between the New Jersey Professional Examiners Committee for counselor licensure, the Department of Education for School Counselor certification, and the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services for CADC certification.
This part-time position is based on a 24.5-hour workweek.

Salary range : $49,980.61-$54,976.58 Annually. The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
