At Spotlight, we pride ourselves on leveraging insights from our clients analyst relations (AR) programs to inform our clients business decisions. The role of the Research & Intelligence (R&I) team is to develop methodologies to uncover critical insights from analysts, as well as other sources, derive findings from these insights, and advise our clients with actionable recommendations. As a Data Analytics intern, you will be working closely with Spotlights R&I team to gather and analyze different data insight sources.

To be successful as an intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. Your work will be focused in a specific department where you will get a chance to immerse yourself in a specialty and gain transferable skills. You will receive a basic understanding of analyst relations and be involved in a few cross-team collaboration projects for an even broader view of the impact on Spotlights work.

Following the completion of the program and evaluated performance, interns may have the opportunity to continue part-time or full-time employment.

Intern Responsibilities :

• Data analytics across a variety of sources
• Dashboard building Sigma, Google Sheets, Google Studio, Qualtrics
• Assist in building out data-informed content and collateral for sales support
• Template creation across several different formats outreach, education, and client-facing
