About the Role :

The CNC Lathe Machinist plays a crucial role at Karman Space & Defense by operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision components. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications to ensure that all parts meet stringent quality standards. The machinist will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and making necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the machining process. Ultimately, the CNC Lathe Machinist contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing team by delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
