POSITION DESCRIPTION :  Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will utilize their problem-solving and analytical skills while collaborating on projects with the design, quality, supply chain and operations departments to ensure seamless production and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems. The Manufacturing Engineer will exercise their strong communication skills when providing product application support to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be diligent about staying updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge, while contributing to Solve’s continued growth and success.
