We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with enterprise clients and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, B2B SaaS, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver compelling messages to promote effective business strategies, including planning, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
- Identify and follow up on leads with relevant experience, utilizing sales marketing techniques to establish rapport and build relationships.
- Conduct value-driven discussions with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to create and implement Account Based Sales Development strategies that target the right audience at the right time.
- Schedule initial meetings and product demonstrations for the direct sales team with enterprise clients worldwide.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including forecasts, call objectives, and other key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Utilize Salesforce tools and platforms to manage customer data, track interactions, and optimize sales processes.
- Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on B2B environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate their value to enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
- Strong background in business development and outbound sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects and clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including field sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and metrics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
