Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys organizing and streamlining documentation. You'll play a key part in auditing personnel files, entering HSA data into ADP, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit 75 employee files for completeness and compliance.
• Prioritize and process I-9 forms, including employer sections and filing.
• Locate and finalize partially signed non-compete agreements.
• Organize onboarding documentation across multiple formats.
• Manually input checking account details for 35 employees into ADP for payroll.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
• Support automation efforts for HSA data entry.
• Assist with miscellaneous HR tasks and small projects.
• Help offload tasks from the HR lead who recently onboarded 22 employees.
• Set up office equipment on Day 1 (printer, scanner, etc.).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr.
