Compensation & Benefits

• 33–35% of collections or $750–$800 daily guarantee for the first 6 months (biweekly pay)
• Average earnings : $200,000–$500,000 / year

• 401(k) with 4% company match (eligible after 1 year; 100% vested Day 1 after eligibility)
• Continuing Education (10 CE credits, Annual Doctor Summit)
