job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform inbound and outbound calls assisting patients Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits. Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy. Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage. Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines. 1+ year of RECENT call center experience (required – no exceptions!) Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits ( plus! ) Strong attention to detail & accuracy Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs) A quiet, distraction-free home office setup High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted) Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills High School Diploma or equivalent
