Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex issues to enhance member experience through various methods such as voice of the customer and experience design
Identify and eliminate friction points while recognizing opportunities for automation and optimization
Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on project components with considerable latitude
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of consumer operations experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
Ability to interpret assignments and understand departmental strategy
Experience making independent decisions with minimal supervision
