Job Description

The Ghuneim Law Firm is seeking a motivated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury, litigation, case analysis, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the support of case managers, paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys as you manage your own docket of cases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
• Work on both PRE-litigation AND Litigation aspects of cases.
• Manage cases and develop strategies to optimize value and results for clients.
• Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Draft and respond to complaints, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
