COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Small Business

A long-standing insurance brokerage with over a century of service in New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative and client-focused team. Known for its consultative approach and deeply rooted relationships, this firm offers a flexible, high-trust culture and a strong commitment to employee development.

This role is ideal for a bilingual (English / Spanish) professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing. You’ll be stepping into a key position due to an upcoming retirement—taking over a well-managed book and working closely with producers across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal

Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction

Collaborate with producers to support generalist small business book

Handle a mix of small to mid-size accounts including contractors, daycares, salons, and more

Utilize AMS360 or EPIC for account management and documentation

Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications :

3+ years of commercial lines experience preferred

Active Property & Casualty license in NJ

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

Proficiency in AMS360

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
