About the Role : Are you a forward-thinking leader passionate about marketing technology, data-driven strategies, and team enablement? We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Director of Marketing Automation to lead our marketing automation efforts across platforms and teams. This is a high-impact role to drive the vision, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact. You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate cross-functionally to architect and evolve our Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with data sources and alignment with business goals.

Compensation : At Cengage Group, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a comprehensive and rewarding Total Rewards package designed to support and empower our employees. The full base pay range for this position has been provided. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $138,200.00 - $160,000.00 USD
