Global Technical Quality Senior Engineer

What you will do :

The Senior Engineer, Global Technical Quality provides hands-on leadership to elevate product and process quality across all regions and programs in Core Products BU. This role owns the development and execution of the Global Quality Look‑Across (Read‑Across) process to rapidly propagate lessons learned, standardizes Quality Chain practices (PFMEA, Control Plans, training & governance), coordinate critical OEM / customer technical quality topics, and ensures disciplined engineering change control. The position operates with a global scope, partnering with regional and plant quality, engineering, manufacturing, program management and customer quality to reduce risk, improve compliance, and strengthen customer confidence.

How you will do it :

Develop and lead the Global Quality Look‑Across (Read‑Across) process

• Define triggers for look‑across (e.g., significant customer claims, special

characteristic escapes, audit majors, high‑severity 8Ds, major ECNs, PPHR risks).

Governance & Engineering Change Control

Customer / OEM Technical Quality Leadership (Global)

Advanced Quality & PPAP Disciplines (Global Programs)

DFMEA / PFMEA, DVPR, and Control Plans for SLI / AGM / EFB programs.

Structured Problem Solving & Claims Reduction

People Leadership & Capability Building

Stakeholder Management & Communications

Management, Supplier Quality, and Customer Quality.
