At firstborn, Chef Anthony Wang expresses his cultural heritage through the lens of his impressive culinary journey (Destroyer, Ink, Auburn) and his love of modern French bistronomy. We are seeking one more member to add to our exceptionally talented team : A disciplined, reliable cook with a strong work ethic. Experience and interest in fine-dining kitchens, ability to manage station mise-en-place confidently, knife skills and cleanliness are a must.
You will work with carefully-sourced seasonal produce, learn both traditional and innovative techniques, and most importantly, get to be part of a creative, collaborative, respectful kitchen.
Schedule :
The restaurant is currently open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner only. Consistent availability is especially important on a small team and weekend availability is required.
