This role involves overseeing a large hybrid team (onshore and offshore), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and serving as the key technical liaison between our organization and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale a 20–25 person full-stack development team across global (onshore / offshore) locations Drive Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution of user stories Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to define epics, features, and UI / UX requirements Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and architectural consistency across deliverables Manage team performance, resource planning, and hiring in coordination with recruiting teams Act as a customer-facing technical leader, effectively communicating architecture decisions and delivery updates Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a team leadership role Proven experience managing full-stack development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and / or Azure), microservices, and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Technology Leadership, Telecom Management, or a related field Experience working with telecom clients or in telecom-focused projects Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) Why Join Us Lead a large-scale, high-visibility program with real enterprise impact Collaborate with a talented, diverse team across the globe Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with the opportunity to shape both product and process Work Authorization :
