Role Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a cross-functional, on-site engineering team : recruit, coach, set goals, and run performance reviews to build a high-impact group.
• Own delivery for multiple projects : define scope, prioritise work, remove blockers, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases using Agile practices.
• Drive technical direction : partner with architects and senior engineers to influence system design, code quality, and operational excellence.
• Implement engineering best practices : enforce CI / CD pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and observability for reliable production systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate roadmap priorities into engineering plans and measurable outcomes.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement : mentor engineers, run technical and career development programs, and promote knowledge-sharing.
