The Customer Service Account Representative maintains client accounts, which includes providing status information, facilitating production processes, and acting as the liaison between the client and internal company departments.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Account Representative :

• Pursues opportunities within existing business, under the direction of the Business Development Manager (BDM).
• Provides price quotes using contracts, upon the approval of the BDM.
• Provides customers literature and price book requests.
• Expedites and manages all open orders.
• Communicates daily with accounts to update samples, drawings, and status of projects for all RFQ / NPD tracking with customers.
• Monitors status of all blanket orders according to customers’ requirements and coordinates reorders as requested.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Ensures adherence to client contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Maintains a working knowledge of Change Orders and / or Addendums to existing contracts.
• Holds oneself accountable for retaining assigned client base.
• Develops specific plans for each client to present additional solutions with the goal of maintaining and growing the relationships.
• Owns escalated problem management and creates resolutions plans; must troubleshoot, problem solve and document any internal problems that interfere with high quality service provided to our clients.
