Compensation : $20 hourly
Responsibilities :
Client Communication : Make regular phone calls to clients to check in, gather updates, and answer questions about their caseDocumentation : Accurately record client updates in case management software and maintain organized communication logsProblem Solving : Identify and escalate issues to attorneys when needed while ensuring clients always feel supportedAttorney Support : Work closely with two experienced attorneys to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and cases move forward smoothlyQualifications :
Empathy and patience in dealing with clients who may be under stressExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsProficient in case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systemsDetail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a teamNo legal experience requiredAbout Company
