Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce strategies
Lead performance management processes and advise on talent development and retention initiatives
Monitor talent metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
Proven experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors
Strong consultative and coaching skills, with proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications are preferred
