Sr. HR Business Partner

At Securian Financial, we're looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our collaborative HR team. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to influence talent strategies and achieve business results across multiple dynamic functions-spanning sales, distribution, underwriting, actuarial, and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Shape Talent Strategies : Develop and deliver HR solutions that align with business goals and enterprise priorities.
• Consult with Leaders : Provide trusted HR guidance on organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner Across HR : Work closely with Centers of Excellence on initiatives like succession planning, performance enablement, compensation, and talent reviews.
• Drive Engagement & Retention : Use HR data to inform strategies that strengthen employee experience, inclusion, and business outcomes.
• Lead & Collaborate : Support enterprise-wide projects, lead HR initiatives, and contribute to cross-functional teams that shape the future of work at Securian.

The estimated base pay range for this job is :

$86,500.00 - $160,000.00

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
