Job Title : Research Associate – Preclinical Research

Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join our preclinical research team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support in animal studies, laboratory procedures, and data collection to advance early-phase drug development. Responsibilities :

• Perform technical procedures including blood collection, IV administration, injections, and anesthesia.
• Handle, restrain, and provide clinical care for multiple animal species (mice, rats, rabbits, canines, and non-human primates).
• Support surgical and study procedures including catheter placement, sample collection, enrichment, and food monitoring.
• Document and collect data across multiple concurrent studies in compliance with GLP standards.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as glucometers, digital thermometers, and infusion pumps.
• Monitor and report changes in animal health, behavior, or housing conditions.
• Assist study supervisors and directors with procedural support and accurate study documentation.
• Participate in cross-training and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain clean and organized laboratory and procedure areas.
