Job Summary
Under routine supervision, the Litigation Examiner plays a crucial role in the legal process by thoroughly investigating, reviewing, and assessing claims and legal cases to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. The incumbent will work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to support the successful resolution of claims and litigation matters.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field with 2-3 years of managing claims, litigation, transportation, or relevant experience, and / or military equivalent
AND Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences :

Compensation
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
