Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Shift : 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Pay : $20-$30 / hr (Depending on Experience)

What Yo u'll D o :

• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain machine programs using Gerbers , CAD, or CAM software
• Generate kit lists and provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback
• Create detailed setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentation for machines, materials, soldering, reflow, and inspection
• Design and order stencils / tooling based on best practices; create paste layers from Gerbers as needed
• Perform and train others on preventive and corrective maintenance for SMT machines and feeders
• Manage parts ordering and inventory for maintenance needs
• Support engineering in equipment setup, documentation, and qualification
• Assist with Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and team training
• Take on additional tasks as directed by the Process Engineering Manager
