Job Title : Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration : 2 Years (Possible Extension)

Location : St. Paul, MN 55114

Shift : 1st Shift (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

Overview :

Supports manufacturing engineering operations, process control, and product assembly by planning and executing tests, performing data analysis, and ensuring process and product quality. Provides hands-on build, integration, and troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies and supports production planning, defect elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, integrate, and test electro-mechanical assemblies (cameras, gimbals, sensors).
• Support design for manufacturing and documentation updates.
• Manage CCA programming, wiring, optical assembly, and system testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults or defects; ensure defect-free output.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and internal engineers on documentation, QA, and design changes.
• Maintain and repair plant machinery; ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Collect and analyze process data, identify improvements, and maintain documentation accuracy.
• May lead or support technical and change management sessions.
