Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Benefits Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and international benefits , supporting strategic program design, daily operations, and employee engagement. Responsibilities will include :

Program Management & Strategy

Support the design and execution of global benefits programs across health, welfare, retirement, and wellness.

Partner on global expansion projects in locations such as the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Dubai.

Analyze market trends and internal data to recommend enhancements and ensure competitiveness.

Support budgeting and financial modeling for benefit programs.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Benefits Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and international benefits , supporting strategic program design, daily operations, and employee engagement. Responsibilities will include :

Program Management & Strategy

Support the design and execution of global benefits programs across health, welfare, retirement, and wellness.

Partner on global expansion projects in locations such as the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Dubai.

Analyze market trends and internal data to recommend enhancements and ensure competitiveness.

Support budgeting and financial modeling for benefit programs.

Employee Experience & Operations

Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and support across the business.

Lead onboarding / offboarding benefits communications and processes.

Manage leave of absence administration (STD, LTD, parental leave, etc.).

Drive Open Enrollment, including systems management and employee communication.

Vendor Management & Compliance

Manage broker and vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements.

Partner closely with payroll, HR, accounting, and legal to ensure seamless delivery of benefits.

Candidate Profile

3-5+ years of experience in employee benefits, total rewards, or HR operations.

Strong understanding of U.S. benefits compliance and regulations.

Experience working with international benefits is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.

Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Highly organized, analytical, and discreet - with a proactive mindset.
