Key Responsibilities
Oversee procurement activities, including subcontracting and contract negotiations
Manage and lead teams in the execution of subcontracting tasks
Ensure compliance with federal aviation standards and best practices in subcontracting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
7+ years of management experience in procurement and subcontracting
Extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities in federal aviation, engineering, and construction
Experience with award or incentive fee contracts
Proven ability to lead teams effectively
