• Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in creative strategy, media planning, marketing technology, or digital transformation roles.
• Deep knowledge of
• marketing supply chains
• , with expertise in how creative and media pipelines integrate to drive efficiency and growth.
• Proven track record of leading
• cross-functional transformation initiatives
• across creative, media, and technology.
• Hands-on experience with
• AI-driven marketing platforms
• (generative AI, automation, personalization engines) and creative software suites like
• Adobe Creative Cloud / Firefly
• Familiarity with enterprise
• martech / adtech stacks
• (CDPs, DAMs, DSPs, workflow orchestration platforms).
• Strong communication and thought leadership presence, with the ability to influence senior executives and inspire.
• Would report directly to the Head of Innovation and Performance Strategy.
• Additional Information
• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits available with this position include :
