Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates, including material costs, labor, and timelines. Create and present design concepts and 3D renderings to clients for approval. Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities. Review project specifications and make recommendations for design enhancements. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in cabinetry design. Proven experience as a cabinet designer, interior designer, or related role. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction techniques and materials. Excellent mathematical and estimation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Degree or certification in interior design, architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required). Competitive salary and benefits package.
