Join Woodmont Real Estate as a Property Manager

Woodmont is seeking an experienced Property Manager with Lease Up experience to lead the lease up of our beautiful new 120-unit apartment community located near Downtown Redwood City, CA. The Property Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including managing the day to day operations, raising and maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing programs, establishing and maintaining financial goals and managing and supporting the property team.

This is a brand new community that will be opening in February 2026, don't miss your opportunity to be a part of a high visibility project in the heart of Redwood City.

The position requires a candidate with :

• Proven supervisory skills
• Strong financial analysis and computer skills
• Solid organization and administrative skills
• Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry
• Strong Marketing and Sales skills with the ability to train staff in same
• Superior customer service and resident relations experience

COMPENSATION

Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected hourly base rate for this role to be : $38.94 - $41.34 hourly.

This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including housing, leasing bonuses, or the benefits and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. We use the signals we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
