We are seeking a proactive Campus Recruitment Specialist to help attract top talent and promote our brand on campuses.

Your Responsibilities

• Campus Engagement : Develop strategies to attract diverse candidates, build relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations, and plan campus visits.
• Candidate Outreach : Represent the company at career fairs, organize information sessions, and utilize social media and job platforms to attract applicants.
• Interview & Selection : Review applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate on-campus interviews with hiring managers.
• Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing to showcase A&D Mortgage's culture through social media, events, and branding initiatives.
• Onboarding & Relationship Management : Guide new hires through onboarding, maintain relationships with interns and hires, and track recruitment metrics.
• Travel : Regular travel across Florida to campuses and events, with expenses covered by the company.
