What Youll Do

Install and commission advanced robotic equipment in diverse industrial settings.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely, across service categories including maintenance, upgrades, and system replacements.

Serve as the technical expert for customers, delivering high-quality service and support with professionalism and precision.

Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to plan and execute complex service projects, ensuring all milestones are met.

Proactively identify and address potential system issues, recommending improvements to prevent future downtime.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships through responsive communication and expert guidance.

Contribute to the development of new service tools, applications, and techniques to support our evolving technology base.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Control & Automation (preferred, not required).

510 years of hands-on experience working with industrial robots and automation systems.

Proven skill in the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of robotic systems and automation hardware.

Working knowledge of PLC programming, controls systems, and electrical troubleshooting.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.

Willingness to travel up to 85%, both domestically and internationally, as needed.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
