Role Overview
Our Field Service Technicians are electro-mechanical experts who provide essential technical support to customers through installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Representing MPE on the front lines, they are customer-focused professionals who prioritize safety and service excellence.
Travel Requirements :
- Approximately 65% travel across the U.S.
- Time at home when not on assignment
- Candidates should reside near a major airport (Chicagoland area preferred)
Primary Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations to perform equipment installations, commissioning, and preventive maintenanceProvide hands-on training to customers on the operation and maintenance of MPE equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues, offering prompt resolutionsCommunicate effectively with customers, promoting professional and collaborative information exchangeMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including service trip reports and scheduling detailsWhat Sets This Role Apart
