We are seeking a personable, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections with patients while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and messages with accuracy and care
• Coordinate and confirm appointments through our practice management system
• Present treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly way
• Process payments and maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Order and track office supplies to keep the practice running seamlessly
• Support the dental team with essential administrative tasks What We’re Looking For
• Dental experience preferred (but not required)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable, coachable, and eager to be part of a collaborative team
