Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a licensed Special Education Teacher to serve K-12 students in a resource setting. This role supports the uping school year in a K-12 school located in Waukegan, IL, with a focus on managing caseloads and providing individualized education plans (IEP) services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide resource support to K-12 students with various disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and ply with state and federal special education regulations
