• And much more!\n\nYour Impact : \n\nThe Women's Services unit is a small, specialized 6-bed unit that focuses on providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in utilizing your specialized skills to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. You will implement care plans, monitor patient health, and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Administer medications, collect specimens, and provide clinical treatments as part of the patient care plan.\n
• Document all patient care provided.\n
• Monitor and communicate with the care team about patient conditions effectively.\n
• Assist patients with their daily living activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
• Coordinate patient care across various departments, including discharge and referral processes.\n
• Educate patients and families based on their unique needs and circumstances.\n

• Associate's degree in nursing required\n
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
• Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE required within 6 months of hire.\n
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire.\n\nLicense : \n
