Job Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion. Manage daily operations, scheduling, subcontractors, and field coordination. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on every project. Monitor progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Lead and motivate field personnel to maintain productivity and professionalism. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and trade partners. Review plans, drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy in execution. Conduct site meetings, inspections, and project reporting. Maintain organized records and documentation for all site activities.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects (e.g., retail, office, healthcare, education). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents. Proficient in construction management tools and technology (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Team-focused mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
