About this opportunity :
The Sr. Director of Partner and Field Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth through highly targeted, regional marketing programs that directly engage customers and prospects — both directly and through partners. This role will lead the strategy and execution of Wallarm’s global partner and field marketing initiatives, including customer-facing events, 3rd party sponsorships, partner campaigns, and customer marketing programs.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building deep relationships with sales, partners, and customers to deliver measurable impact on pipeline, deal progression, and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue-Focused Field Marketing : Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline in partnership with regional sales teams.
Events & Sponsorships : Lead strategy and execution for Wallarm’s field events, customer programs, and 3rd party sponsorships that create meaningful engagement and deliver measurable ROI.
Partner Marketing : Collaborate with global partners to design joint marketing programs that expand reach, generate demand, and strengthen Wallarm’s partner ecosystem.
Customer Marketing : Build programs to nurture existing customer relationships, driving retention, expansion, advocacy, and long-term loyalty.
Sales Alignment : Serve as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders, ensuring marketing activities are tightly integrated with account priorities and deliver leads, nurtures, and pipeline progression.
Digital Integration : Partner with the digital demand generation team to align global campaigns with regional needs, while providing feedback to shape and optimize programs for maximum impact.
Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a global team of field marketers, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
We are looking for candidates with :
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading field or partner marketing in high-growth technology companies (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of creating and executing field and partner marketing programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Deep experience managing high-impact events, sponsorships, and partner campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
Strong collaboration skills with sales leaders and cross-functional teams; ability to build trust and alignment across regions.
Experience building customer marketing programs focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing investments against pipeline goals.
