Trident Trust is a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide. The Miami office, located in the heart of the Brickell financial district, serves as a gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting high-net-worth families, family offices, and professional advisors with global wealth preservation and succession planning.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team, focused on building and maintaining relationships with law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions that advise Latin American (Latam) clients on cross-border tax, asset protection, and estate planning. This role will concentrate on key markets including Southern Florida, Houston, New York, and San Diego, where professionals serve a Latam client base. The ideal candidate will bring a strong legal or accounting / tax background, fluency in Spanish, and a deep understanding of commonly used structures and jurisdictions for Latam clients. You will be responsible for driving consultative sales, developing strategic referral networks, and representing Trident Trust Group at industry events. Trust and fiduciary services will be a priority, supported by our global footprint and internal capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with high-net-worth individuals, families, and their advisors to understand complex estate planning needs
- Building relationships with local attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors.
- Recommend and implement trust structures across multiple jurisdictions in collaboration with Tridents global network
- Educate clients and intermediaries on the benefits and limitations of international and domestic trust services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and administration of trust entities
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and Tridents internal standards
- Represent Trident Trust at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the wealth planning space
- Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and asset protection
- Results oriented, driven to exceed agreed sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain and grow an executive level, referral network of strategic accounts.

Skills and Knowledge
The successful candidate must have the personal drive and confidence to work with limited supervisionPossess excellent inter-personal skillsPossess a strong legal or accounting / tax background with not less than five years law or accounting firm or institutional work experienceFluency in Spanish is a necessityDeliver excellent written and verbal communications, including proposal documents.Be familiar with US / Latam cross-border taxation rules applicable to foreigners and inbound investors.Discuss legal and regulatory topics on a professional, and ultimate client level.Explain the services and differentiators offered by the Trident Trust Group.Identify new sales channels and opportunities.Deliver professional presentations and speak at industry conferences.Collaborate closely with Trident Trust Group colleagues worldwideWhat we offer
