A company is looking for a Senior Member Marketing Manager to lead strategies that connect individuals to financial tools and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of member lifecycle marketing to drive borrower participation

Partner with Client Success to design marketing and awareness plans that support client launches and engagement

Develop event-based campaigns to increase adoption and visibility of services

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in lifecycle, member, or engagement marketing roles

Proven record of creating high-performing campaigns across various channels

Strong background in segmentation, personalization, and experimentation

Experience managing marketing initiatives with complex external stakeholders

Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to refine strategies
