As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring of skilled professionals in manufacturing and field service roles. Job Title : Manufacturing Recruiter

Location : San Jose, CA - onsite

Pay Range : $65-75 / hr

What's the Job?

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, focusing on manufacturing, field services, and overhead support roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions, extending offers, and closing candidates efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
