Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst with strong expertise in data migration, governance, quality, and analytics. The role focuses on ensuring clean, accurate Salesforce data that supports key business initiatives. The ideal candidate is both hands-on with Salesforce data and capable of leading analytical and governance projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead and execute Salesforce data initiatives - including data migration, cleansing, structuring, governance, and reporting.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins / developers, and data teams to define and deliver high-impact data solutions.

Manage Salesforce data projects end-to-end : requirements, execution, and delivery.

Apply Agile methods (sprints, backlog refinement) to ensure timely, iterative progress.

Monitor and improve Salesforce data quality, ensuring validated, deduplicated, and structured datasets.

Establish and enforce data governance standards and compliance frameworks.

Document project artifacts : project charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills :

8 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Data Analyst.

Strong background in Salesforce Data Migration, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Analytics.

Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and relationships (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.).

Proficiency with Salesforce Data Management tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica, Dataloader.io, etc.).

Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Zero Trust and SASE data frameworks.

Experience with cloud data integration (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Data Architecture, or similar) are highly desirable.
