Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Inventory Coordinator.

What you will need

  • You must be 21 years or older.
  • You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting over 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up stairs, down ramps, and walkways.
  • You should have previous experience operating warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and order selectors.

    • How you will make an impact

  • Perform daily inspections of warehouse product aisles and areas, and report any unsafe conditions to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
  • Perform and complete daily cycle counts, process customer and vendor returns, and fulfill other duties as assigned by management or the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
  • Submit all daily cycle count paperwork as directed and communicate specific count or product issues to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles as required, following Chadwell Supply operating procedures.
  • Record, process, and restock all returned products from Chadwell delivery drivers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attend weekly safety meetings.
